What makes this Macaron Recipe so Special?

We started out by deciding what flavor macaron we wanted and then scoured the internet for easy macaron recipes and no-fail macarons, unfortunately, most of those recipes failed for us. There were tons of macaron filling recipes out there but nothing quite worked out.

Either we didn’t have all of the fancy equipment we needed to recreate the recipe or the consistency was just not quite right. It’s amazing to me how many recipes are out there that require an insane amount of tools that you just don’t find in the standard kitchen.

After lots of experimenting, we finally found the perfect combination that worked for us. We were so excited about how these turned out that we can’t wait to share it with you. You won’t believe how easy it is to recreate, this delicious Macaron Recipe with lots of fun filling options.

What inspired this Macaron Recipe?

I am so happy that we figured it out because after hearing about these things constantly from my daughter, I finally located a place that sold them, and boy were they overpriced. I couldn’t believe the price tag on a pack of nine macaroons, coming in at around ten dollars a pack.

I just can’t imagine regularly paying someone that kind of money to make pastries, I would much rather whip up my own. As soon as this French treat cost me money, that is the exact moment when I decided to attempt to create my own Macaron Recipe.
